Miranda Kerr is not only a successful international model—she’s a mom and the entrepreneur of a successful organic beauty company. She is constantly doing something including spokesmodel gigs and fashion campaigns around the world for Givenchy and Swarovski.

But does being stressed make her look stressed and worn out? Not one bit. In fact, she looks glowing in every picture the public sees of her. If you’re wondering how that is, the answer is that she follows a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Her diet starts with a healthy breakfast of gluten-free toast with avocado or eggs on top, along with a cup of Earl Grey tea or a green juice made of kale, cucumber, and celery. She also likes to drink hot water with lemon first thing in the morning to get her digestion going. A few hours later, she might have a smoothie with raw cacao, goji berries, and chia seeds. Her breakfast time is usually 7:00 a.m.

For lunch, Kerr likes to eat a big salad of spinach, green olives, tomato, carrots, and fennel topped with grilled wild salmon. She also chooses a lemon juice dressing to add on top. Sometimes she will substitute chicken for fish. She might also eat a small side of fruit. Lunch is usually at 12:30 p.m.

For dinner, there are a few options. Sometimes Kerr will eat sashimi with brown rice, while other times she opts for roast chicken and veggies. Other times it might be a quinoa salad with chicken that’s cooked in coconut oil and turmeric along with a side of spinach and walnut salad. Often it’s accompanied by a glass of wine. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m.

Orlando Bloom’s ex, Miranda Kerr, avoids genetically modified foods or unethically farmed foods as well as sugar and wheat. She will sometimes snack on seaweed or some goat cheese with flaxseed crackers and Herbamare salt. Her favorite healthy restaurant is Amaranth in New York City, where she enjoys their salads and organic chicken paillard. In her kitchen, you will always find garlic, coconut oil, and lemons.

Kerr’s all-time favorite workout is dancing. She tries to work out every single day (most of the time it’s four or five days per week) and likes to do a mixture of Pilates, 30 minutes of yoga, and strength training with weights and resistance bands. Her cardio comes from running or walking, swimming, and ballet among other things. She likes a lot of variety in her workout regimen. A fun fact is that she always starts her day with meditating to keep a clear mind.

Some of the fitness blogs she follows include Ballet Beautiful, Spread The Light by KORA Organics, and ModelFit.
