Woodley does yoga for 15 to 45 minutes to enhance her body’s flexibility and relax her mind. She attends dance classes and does a number of physical activities like walking, running, and stairclimbing. The charming actress can walk continuously for two hours, and she loves fetching water from the mountains too.
She trains hard to gain strength and insists on doing most of the stunts on her own. She does squats, push-ups, lunges, plyometrics, chin-ups, and dips for thirty minutes to tone her body.
