Who is Pascal Duvier, or the man often dressed all in black? Duvier tackled prankster Vitalii Sediuk, who tried to kiss Kim Kardashian’s butt in Paris last Wednesday when the reality star was entering L’Avenue restaurant.

Although Sediuk fled the scene, Kardashian reportedly plans to press charges and also get a restraining order against the prankster. It turns out Duvier has been Kanye West and Kim Kardashian’s bodyguard for the past two years, since Kanye’s 2014 Yeezus tour.

The German-born Duvier is considered a judo expert and workout fanatic with a strict daily meal plan.

Duvier has also followed Kim Kardashian all over the world, including her sister Kourtney’s 37th birthday party in Iceland, Kardashian family trips to Colorado and Cuba, a number of shopping trips in Beverly Hills and fashion weeks in Europe.

Pascal Duvier is the chairman of Protect Security. It is a security company with VIP clientele at events such as award shows, chauffeur services, public appearances, and on tours or on the road.

When he is not on duty for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, Duvier has also protected the likes of Fergie, the Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry, Ciara, Nick Jonas, and other members of the Kardashian-Jenner clan. Duvier’s LinkedIn profile says he is a worldwide security consultant for over 17 DJs, performers, artists, and other celebrities.

Duvier began his career with a mandatory enlistment in the German army, but his father was a boxer and that led him to judo and a career in the private security industry.

He went to a judo class in 1979 and enjoyed it right away. Being a true professional, Pascal Duvier is unwilling to reveal the details about his famous clientele; however, the big bulking bodyguard will dish about his intense gym workout and grueling daily meal plan.

Pascal Duvier’s Intense Gym Workout

The 6-foot-4, 264-pound Duvier is a beast, and he works out every day to build muscle and keep up his massive body size. Although he works out every day, it is most important for him to rotate his exercise routine.

That being said, the most important muscle for Duvier to train is his brain, he says. As a bodyguard, he must be always alert and completely aware of his surroundings. He makes sure to pay attention to body language and details at all times.

Pascal Duvier will often post videos to social media of his daily exercises, which include rope work, flipping giant tires, balance and mobility exercises, and heavy weightlifting. Duvier will also exhaust his shoulders with 105 rope swings in 30 seconds.

Pascal Duvier’s Daily Meal Plan and Healthy Diet

Pascal Duvier’s daily meal plan complements his workout perfectly. Since he works out a lot, Duvier is required to fuel his body with lots of food.

Some suspect he eats 18 eggs a day to meet his daily protein needs. Duvier’s diet also contains fish and meat for more protein and to help build muscle. He eats lots of rice, pasta, and fruit to boost his energy levels. Once in a while, he will also consume bread and cake.

Pascal Duvier takes his job as a bodyguard seriously. His outfits are always all-black because he works mainly with musicians and says he doesn’t want to stand out with a white shirt against dark backgrounds on stage.

His favorite shoes are also from Kanye West’s Yeezy line. Duvier is also open to learning from colleagues in the bodyguard industry, whether a security guard at an office or a highly qualified executive protection officer.
