American model, actress, and fashion designer Amber Rose shared her diet, workout and weight loss secrets in a recent publication.
You may know her from her public two-year relationship with Kanye West, but now Amber Rose is making headlines for looking fabulous.
One of her weight loss secrets is a portion-controlled diet. That is what helped her shed the pounds after her pregnancy, when she weighed just over 200 lbs. Rose was able to lose all the weight by working with a trainer for 90 minutes every day and also doing yoga – which is excellent for joint mobility, flexibility, and stress reduction.
Rose also wears a waist trainer for up to six hours a day, and according to plastic surgeon Dr. Alexander Sinclair, many patients lose a considerable amount of inches from their midsection with this method. Waist training is exactly what it sounds like – the apparatus trains one’s waist to become smaller through usage.
In addition, the detox tea she drinks promotes a faster metabolism and helps to suppress one’s appetite.
