Dr Kevin’s Healthy Homemade Hummus Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 large can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Whole grain pita bread

Directions

Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth; add a dash of soy, tabasco, or hot sauce for additional flavor. Serve with pita and/or raw vegetables.
