Ingredients
- 1 large can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Whole grain pita bread
Directions
Add ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth; add a dash of soy, tabasco, or hot sauce for additional flavor. Serve with pita and/or raw vegetables. |
