Ingredients

  • 2 cups of non-fat or 2% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of cucumbers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of dill, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 gloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper, or to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, or by hand, and enjoy!
