Healthy, Quick Thanksgiving Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground turkey breast
- 1 cup minced onion
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 cup minced cooked carrots
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 1/2 cup minced parsley
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup light BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4-5 egg whites
- Tobasco sauce to taste
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except tomato sauce, and mix well. | |
Spray meatloaf pan with olive oil. | |
Pour mixture into pan and cover. | |
Bake for 45 minutes at 375 F. | |
Remove from oven and pour tomato sauce over the meat loaf and bake for another 25 minutes uncovered. | |
Remove from the oven and let stand for 30 minutes before slicing. |
