
Healthy Spinach and Goat Cheese Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1-2 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 whole grain pita
- 3/4 cups of chopped spinach
- 1/3 cup of crumbled goat cheese
- 1/4 cup of red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons of chopped red or green onion
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- Optional: 1 large tomato
Directions
Spread the tomato paste on the pita. | |
Top with spinach, pepper, mushrooms, onions, and cheese (and tomato, if you have decided to include it). | |
Broil on high heat in the oven until cooked to satisfaction | |
After removing the pizza from the oven, drizzle the olive oil on top of the fully cooked pizza. |
