Rogue One: A Star Wars Story star Felicity Jones might be best known to American audiences as Jane Hawking in the recent biopic about theoretical physicist Stephen Hawing and his wife (whom Jones played), The Theory of Everything.
Workouts for this English actress are fairly relaxed in that she doesn’t get too keyed up about the whole process or idea of a workout routine. That being said, Jones displayed some very well-toned arms when she walked the red carpet for the Baftas in March 2015.
Felicity Jones’s Fitness Routine
The Theory of Everything star enjoys going to a place in East London called Frame because they have many classes, her favorite being box fit. She says she swims, which is an excellent exercise for the cardiovascular system and helps build strong arm muscles. And yoga helps her to unwind. The life of an actress can bring some very long days, so relaxing is likely needed for her after exhausting days on the set.
Her slight frame is deceiving because this actress is quite strong. She doesn’t seem to have any kind of personal trainer or set fitness routine, but all that matters is that is in shape and fit for her own needs – and to her own satisfaction.
To get arms like Felicity Jones, try this move at home. Stand with your right side against a bench or chair. Place your right hand on the bench and grab a dumb-bell for your left hand. Keep the left upper arm parallel to your body and your elbow at a right angle; straighten your arm by taking the dumb-bell past your thigh to behind you. Bend your arm back to the starting position. Repeat this movement 12 to 15 times. Make sure to alternate sides.
Felicity’s Daily Diet Plan
The Amazing Spider-Man 2 actress doesn’t have a diet per se. She starts her day with breakfast, making sure to never miss this most important meal of the day. She fills herself up with nutritious food, which is often an omelet, oatmeal, and whole wheat toast with tea or juice. Eggs and oats are a powerhouse duo because of all the protein, which not only keeps you feeling full longer, your body genuinely will be.
For lunch, Jones has some sort of lean protein, such as chicken or fish, with fruit and vegetables. This makes a great lunch because it combines protein with vegetables.
Dinner is often chicken or a tuna sandwich with some fresh soup. Tuna is an excellent source of protein due to its essential fatty acids, which are important to helping the body limit inflammation.
She loves food, so she likes to snack between regular meals. Snacks are mostly nuts, yogurt, and fruit. Every so often, she will indulge and give in to her cravings. Potato chips, muffins, and burgers are some of her favorite cheat day foods, but she will eat them in moderation.
