Scarlett Johansson, known as one of the most stunning Hollywood actresses, uses a simple diet, which could include oatmeal, berries, and protein, to stay in shape.
Most recently, Johansson is known for playing the butt-kicking superhero Black Widow in the Marvel movies.
This role requires Johansson to stay in great shape, which is why she follows a special diet and an intense workout routine.
Since Johansson has to perform a lot of fighting maneuvers as the Black Widow, she says that she does intense workouts to prepare.
Working with her trainer Bobby Strom, Johansson used a lot of strength training and body-weight exercises to get in shape for Iron Man 2.
To have the energy for her workout, Johansson eats a high-protein diet that is broken up into many meals throughout the day. By eating “mini-meals” during the entire day, Johansson can keep her energy levels up while avoiding unhealthy binging.
What did Scarlett Johansson eat on her diet? She ate a lot of lean protein, which give her the energy for her workouts and help build muscle. Fish and chicken are both good sources of lean protein.
Her trainer, Bobby Strom, believes that diet is very important when it comes to physical fitness. In fact, Strom acts as a personal chef for some of the celebrities he trains, adding new foods and making their diet healthier.
A typical breakfast for one of Strom’s clients starts with a big bowl of oatmeal, which he says is a good source of complex carbohydrates. He recommends homemade oatmeal over packaged or processed brands, and he says that berries can be added for flavor. Having berries and oatmeal for breakfast is a good low-fat meal that provides high energy.
Strom also says that for Johansson and his other celebrity clients, alcohol is a no-no. Switching alcohol for almond milk, homemade low-sugar lemonade, or green smoothies can be a healthier choice. Staying hydrated and drinking water is also important.
So if you want a body like Scarlett Johansson’s, try eating a high protein diet and starting off your day with a bowl of oatmeal and berries. (And, of course, exercise like a pro.)
