Super Fit Karlie Kloss Misses Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016 along with Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel

Although Elsa Hosk and Jasmine Tookes will be at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2016, there are some regular Angels who won’t be there. Behati Prinsloo and Candice Swanepoel have both had children this year; and so, they will not be strutting their stuff with giant wings in this year’s show. Furthermore, supermodel Karlie Kloss will also be absent as she has a work commitment that she must tend to.

Kloss took to her Instagram to send this year’s ladies best of luck. She captioned it, “Thinking of the Angels and my entire @victoriassecret family as they make their way to Paris today. Unfortunately this year I have a work obligation that is keeping me from Paris.

I’m sad to miss it but am wishing everyone all the best from afar! There is truly no show quite like the VS Fashion Show, and there is no feeling quite like walking on that magnificent runway.

To all my girls walking, good luck and enjoy every minute of it!!! I can’t wait to see you all shine bright over in Paris ❤️ all my love xx kk.”

Karlie Kloss Diet and Workout

What does it take to keep and Angel in shape? Well for Kloss she completes specific glutes exercises, weight training, Pilates, and barre exercises. Kloss works alongside Anna Kaiser, who is the founder of AKT InMotion, for her workout.

Kaiser opened up to Well and Good to discuss Kloss’ workout routine. The trainer said, “Karlie works really, really hard. She’s super-focused, and we have so much fun together.” Although Kloss would stop a lot in the beginning, Kaiser said, now Kloss pushes through, which amps up the intensity of her workouts.

Even though Kloss is a very busy model, Kaiser noted that she always finds a way to get in a good workout, which shows how dedicated she really is.

As for her diet, Style Caster reports that Kloss typically starts her day off with some eggs and avocado; for lunch, she will enjoy some sort of protein with vegetables and a salad; and dinner is similar to lunch. Her high-protein diet helps keep Kloss energized, all the while repairing and building lean muscle.

She enjoys snacking on apples, nuts, and oatmeal packs and greatly enjoys anything with dark chocolate. Although she doesn’t follow a specific diet, she does try to eat as healthy as possible with foods that nourish her body.

Kloss tries to be as active as possible, whether it’s completing butt exercises in the gym or just moving around a lot when she’s traveling.

There’s no denying that Karlie Kloss definitely lives a healthy lifestyle, even with being so busy. By making working out and eating well a part of her everyday plan, she continues to look amazing. Hopefully, the model will once again grace us with her presence in the next Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show.
