Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck may have decided to go their separate ways, but lately it appears that the former couple are enjoying spending the holidays together with their three children.
According to sources, Garner denies that she and Affleck are getting back together, but many wonder if that’s true since their divorce has not been finalized. Garner follows a healthy and balanced diet regimen. She likes choosing nutrient-dense foods and eats small meals frequently throughout the day to keep her metabolism strong. She tends to eat about every three hours. She also loves to cook her own meals because she knows all the ingredients going into them and it’s her way of avoiding excess fats, sugars, and preservatives.
She avoids processed foods as much as possible and that makes a big difference to her physique. She has admitted that she used to count calories, but that’s not her primary method of weight management these days. She mostly stressed over her figure when she had to prepare for big roles onscreen.
Garner practices portion control and some of her favorite foods are fruits like strawberries and apples, yogurt, egg whites, oatmeal, steamed veggies, salads, nut butters, and grilled salmon. For cardio, she likes hiking, running, and walking.
Garner also likes to work out at home, and this way she can balance exercise and time with her children. She typically likes to exercise in the morning, which gives her the rest of the day to do whatever she needs to do. It also means she’s less likely to miss a workout.
