The supermodel is a fan of Capoeira—a combination of Brazilian martial arts, dance, and music. She loves yoga which enables her to have a flexible body and helps her build strong abs. Adriana Lima’s workout exercises also includes spinning and jogging.
Lima swears by High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which is a balance of hig- intensity exercises followed by low-intensity ones. She worked out with her trainer twice a day, seven days a week when she had to walk the ramp for Victoria’s Secret after she gave birth.
Boxing is another workout which Lima loves. She practices a combination of complex drills with higher velocity and strength to keep her mentally and physically fit. The cardio requires her to be mentally quick and precise making her sharp.
