Demi Lovato’s Diet and Fitness Routine Is All About Peace of Mind

Demi Lovato has been candidly open about her previous struggles with drug abuse, but now the 5 ft. 3½ inch beauty is treating her body like a temple by following a strict diet and fitness workout routine.

The 23-year-old singer debuted her new single “Body Say” last Wednesday at a special advance premiere in Atlanta before it was officially released on Friday to rave reviews.

In addition to working her vocal cords, the songstress recently opened up to Self magazine that she exercises five to six days each week—although she admits that working out is all about peace of mind, not about losing weight. Still, the singer is regularly spotted at the gym, jogging and riding her bike.

When it comes to workouts, on Mondays Lovato does cardio for half an hour while on Tuesdays she focuses on strength training. On Wednesdays, the singer indulges in yoga, salutations, and stretches, before repeating the cycle for the remainder of the week.
