Kendall Jenner’s Healthy Eating Habits
Kendall Jenner is said to follow a low-carb, Paleo-style diet. She watches the foods she puts in her body as a way to maintain her slim physique. Some of Kendall Jenner’s healthy eating habits include:
- Lean protein: Although her exact protein choices are unknown, Jenner likes to eat lean meats, which may include grilled chicken or lean beef. Lean sources of protein are a great source of energy and help to repair and nourish muscle recovery.
- Fruits and vegetables: Raw veggies are Jenner’s go-to snack. She admits that she loves to snack on Fritos Chilli Cheese chips but because it’s definitely not the healthiest choice, raw vegetables and fruits like apples and strawberries keep her energized and in good shape.
- Detox Green Tea: Jenner enjoys several cups of green tea daily as it provides detoxifying properties and helps to eliminate toxins from the body. She usually starts every morning with a cup.
- Avoiding Junk Food: Kendall Jenner is just like everyone else and enjoys indulging in less than healthy foods but she does try to avoid them because she knows the effects it will have on body. She admits that going to sister Khloe Kardashian’s house is “dangerous” because it’s filled with a variety of “the greatest snacks ever”. Since Khloe Kardashian is passionate about her healthy lifestyle we imagine there may be healthy snacks in her cupboards, too.
Kendall Jenner’s favorite foods may come as a surprise. The supermodel confesses that she loves the occasional good burger, as well as pizza and pancakes!
The Kendall Jenner Workout
Kendall Jenner admits that during her childhood she was very athletic. She would often run outside and roll around in mud, getting messy. As an adult, things are a bit different, but Jenner admits she loves to run outside to get her cardio in versus going to a gym and using a treadmill. She did work with a trainer to prepare for last November’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion show, but since then she admits she hasn’t been as dedicated.
While her exact workout is unknown, Kendall Jenner’s favorite exercise is running or jogging. She also gets in plenty of sleep – usually seven to eight hours – in order to maintain a healthy metabolism and mind. Without sleep, she is unable to perform at her best, so this is definitely a big part of her overall healthy lifestyle.
