Khloe Kardashian with Revenge Body Is Fitness Inspiration for 2017

In the new year, you can look forward to a new Kardashian show. This time it is Khloe Kardashian who will premier Revenge Body on January 12, 2017. The show focuses on participants who have the opportunity to work alongside Kardashian as well as nutritionists and trainers in order to undergo a physical transformation.

As you may have noticed, Kardashian herself revealed her own transformation, which she obtained by working with family friend and personal trainer, Gunnar Peterson.

After a slew of bad romantic relationships and an unhealthy affair with food, Kardashian is looking better than ever and wants to help others obtain their own “revenge body.”

Khloe Kardashian Weight Loss

Kardashian is all about the gym and eating healthy. The eldest Kardashian sister has long struggled with weight loss and healthy eating, but it seems she’s finally on the right track and looking better than ever.

She recently took to her Instagram to reveal an insane abs workout. In the post, you see Kardashian completing ab rollers—she captioned the video with “100 ab rollers” and her trainer is cheering her on in the background.

Just thinking about 100 ab rollers seems tiring, but Kardashian wrote, “If I can do it. You can do it. It all starts with day 1! It’s a lifestyle now.” Clearly the video and caption goes to show how dedicated Kardashian is to maintaining her killer body and pushing herself in the gym.

Kardashian followed up her workout video of an image of her walking to her car. She was wearing high-waisted, fitted jeans and a super-tight bodysuit.

By wearing such fitted articles of clothing, Kardashian goes to show she has nothing to hide because her body is incredibly fit—and she wants to show it off! And why not? She worked incredibly hard with trainer Peterson along with improving her diet.

Kardashian’s weight issues were amplified around the time she split from husband Lamar Odom. At the time, she began shedding pounds as she was in a “dark and toxic” place.

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Kardashian explained, “At the time, my family didn’t know what I was going through. It was the biggest secret I’ve kept. I just needed a place to go. [The gym] had a TV and I could watch The Real Housewives on an elliptical. No one talked to me. I loved that solitude.

I’m a beast at the gym. I’m super competitive and I’m a sweater. I’m like, ‘Don’t f**k with me and don’t mess up my routine’.”

Khloe Kardashian has had her fair share of troubles, but she took an unhealthy situation and transformed it into a healthy one.

Now, she is also passing on her knowledge and helping others obtain their own Revenge Body, which we can all watch come 2017.
