WWE Superstars Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan are expecting a baby in the spring of 2017. The Total Bellas star, who is one half of the Bella Twins alongside her sister Nikki Bella, has recently shared information on her lifestyle change and eating habits. Read on to find out about her diet and workout routine.
Brie Bella on Her Healthy Lifestyle
Brie Bella and her husband Daniel Brian have dreamed of parenthood for a while now. Their dreams have happily come true—the couple has announced that they are having their first child. After her in-ring competition at WrestleMania 32, Brie Bella put her energy and focus into starting a family.
Brian retired from in-ring competition after WrestleMania 32 to focus on starting a family, and Bryan named wanting to have a child as a reason for his retirement.
The two seem to be super stoked at the miracle that is growing inside Bella’s tummy. Aside from Bella’s brand new television show, Total Bellas, which premiered on the E! Channel, she is also going to be busy with her new baby. The show will air on Wednesday nights.
When it comes to her workout, Bella loves barre and yoga. She likes “Pure Barre” specifically, and likes to go to the Yoga Spot studio. She does this on Mondays and Tuesdays. On Wednesdays, Bella likes to do something more relaxing like walking, going on the elliptical for 30 minutes to an hour, or even going swimming.
When she’s on the road, which is usually from Friday to Sunday, Bella likes to hit the gym. She takes about two hours of her time and works out hardcore. Although the exact exercises are unknown, it’s not a stretch to assume that Bella might do strength training, weight lifting, and more cardio.
By following this regimen as closely as she can, Bella avoids feeling guilty when she sometimes has to take time off from her workouts (a few days at most) due to her busy schedule.
When it comes to diet, Bella says that she sticks to a super healthy lifestyle. She consumes tons of veggies every day because they’re packed with fiber and help to keep her full, not to mention the fact that she is a vegetarian. While some people feel they couldn’t adhere to a vegetarian diet, Bella finds that she feels very satisfied.
She also makes an effort to avoid sweets and sugary foods. Sometimes she will indulge, but it’s very infrequently. Bella also stays away from fried foods, although she does love french fries which she has once a week. Wednesday night is her and her husband’s pizza night—they always choose the gluten-free option due to Bryan’s allergy.
Overall, Brie Bella says that she doesn’t stress very much about her diet and even enjoys gluten-free food options. She tries to keep it as healthy as possible and never feels deprived which is the best part for her.
