Valentine’s Heart Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 60 g egg whites, room temperature
  • 65 g granulated sugar
  • 75 g almond powder
  • 55 g powdered sugar
  • Fuschia color gel
  • Vanilla buttercream

Directions

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a food processor, process the almond powder and icing sugar until it begins to clump. Sift and discard the solids.

Whip the egg whites to form a consistency, like a loose foam. Gradually add sugar and continue whipping until it forms a stiff meringue. Fold in the sugar mixture and add color to it.

Pour the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a #2A tip. Pipe heart shape macaroons onto the baking sheet. After you have piped all the macaroons, whack the baking sheet on the counter to get rid of bubbles. Let them dry at room temperature for one hour.

Bake them at 300°F for 10 to 20 minutes. Pipe the buttercream between two macaroons and press together. Ready to pack.

  • White melting chocolate

Directions

Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper. Melt the chocolate in microwave. Once it melts dip half of the wafer in the melted chocolate. Garnish with the desired sprinkles before the chocolate dries out. Place on the baking sheet to dry.

  • 1 log sugar cookie dough
  • 12 popsicle sticks

Directions

Line a baking sheet with parchment. and preheat oven to 350°F.

Put the cookie dough on a clean surface and cut out heart shapes. Stick a popsicle and bake until lightly golden, 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool. Drizzle with melted candy melts and white chocolate.

Red Velvet Skillet Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 tablespoons butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup mini white chocolate chips, plus more for sprinkling
  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate, plus more for sprinkling
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving (optional)
  • Chocolate syrup, for serving (optional)

Directions

Spray cooking spray on a 10-inch cast iron skillet. and preheat oven to 350°F. Beat together cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg.

Add baking soda, flour, cocoa powder, food coloring, and salt. Stir to combine and add in chocolate chips. Spread the dough into a skillet and top with some more chocolate chips. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream if desired and chocolate syrup, if desired.

Oreo Cheesecake Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 8 tablespoons salted butter, at room temperature
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 10 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces

Directions

Beat cream cheese and butter until fluffy in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment. Add sugar and beat again. Add in flour slowly and fold in Oreo pieces until they get incorporated. With a plastic wrap, cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop out two tablespoon-sized amounts using a cookie scoop and roll into balls. Place them on a baking sheet and press down little.

Bake the cookies for 10 to 11 minutes or until golden. Remove them from the oven and cool.
