Bradley Cooper’s most daunting role is when he portrayed Chis Kyle in the film, American Sniper, and it was one of his most proud achievements. Bradley Cooper himself called up Chris Kyle before preparing for his role. His very first phone conversation with the deadliest sniper in US Military history sent a chill down his spine. “I might have to tie you up with a rope and drag you behind my truck to knock some of the pretty of you,” was what Kyle said, recollects Cooper. Shortly after, Kyle was shot and killed by a troubled young marine in Texas. The incident hit Cooper hard and he made a promise to himself that playing Chris Kyle would not be a mere movie part, but a promise to the deceased legend.
Bradley Cooper then began preparing for his role with trainer, Jason Walsh. Walsh, who is known for getting actors ready for their upcoming movies, had a challenge in hand with Cooper. The actor had to gain a whopping 35 to 40 pounds of mass and most of it had to be muscle. Alongside Coach Ben Bruno, Walsh and Cooper figured out a plan to make it work.
Cooper trained very hard and never missed his workouts, putting in extra effort and dedication. He put up Kyle’s pictures and listened to his favorite music to help him relate to him on an emotional level, too.
Biotest founder, Tim Patterson, came in next to help out Cooper, Walsh, and Bruno. He designed custom made, ready-to drink bottles of Plazma and Mag-10, which helped the actor gain strength and hypertrophy. After several months on the program, Cooper, who started at 168 pounds, ended up weighing 225 pounds with roughly the same percentage of body fat.

Her secret to her bikini body is boxing and Pilates. Shayk avoids heavy workouts like exercising with weights above five pounds, kettleballs, lunges, and jumps as she is not a fan of the bulked up look.
