Sassy model and cookbook author, Chrissy Teigen, is known for her enviable body, being humorous, and her love for food. Her cookbook Cravings: Recipes for All the Foods You Want to Eat, has kept her fans and many foodies clamoring for recipes. Cravings was released in February, and Teigen is already working on the sequel with her recipe partner, Adeena Sussman. Lip Sync Battle co-host, Teigen—married to musician, John Legend—is possibly enjoying her gastronomic food testing these days.
Her recipe posts on Instagram are sensational and there is already a lot of excitement. This spicy glass noodles recipe with ground pork has received 64,700 likes, and #cookbookin and #makingcravings2 are making waves with fans who are excited to try out new recipes from her second cookbook.
The 30-year-old author shared this pic on Instagram and the caption says it all “my soul and also I cannot eat anymore today I am going to explode into the air.” This soul food recipe creation below is meatballs on a split hot dog bun.
This creation looks equally scrumptious. Teigen captions it, “Sweet potato wedges. Crispy and salty on the outside, super soft and sweet on the inside! Gonna make a chipotle BBQ sauce for them ohhh man”

Teigen follows a Physique 57 workout routine. This helps to remove all the harmful toxins from her body. The author shares her preference of exercising in a group, as this gives her a platform to be more competitive and takes her out of her comfort zone. She has also tried SoulCycle, but admits that she was very exhausted after 20 minutes, and instead prefers to follow her regular workout.
The svelte model likes to indulge in her beloved foods. She admitted that cutting down on the consumption of sugary foods draws her towards salty foods instead. Teigen admits that whenever she has bikini shoots, she follows a restrictive diet to tone her body. She cuts down on the consumption of high-carb foods, as well as junk and processed and foods.
To supply her body with adequate nourishment, she includes high protein foods like two eggs with turkey, avocados, and bacon. While on a shoot, she likes to eat fibrous salads and sashimi, and avoids eating dinner. She also shares that she steers away from caffeine-rich drinks.
The brunette beauty adopts a detox plan of a lemonade diet for ten days. This helps to de-stress her body and strips off unsolicited pounds. The diet includes having three nutrient-laden green smoothies, one cup of cashew milk, one pineapple, and lemon juice with maple syrup and cayenne pepper. She also consumes a lot of fruits and veggies in a day.
