Stunning supermodel, Karlie Kloss, has captivated the fashion industry with her sylphlike figure, and is now making waves with her last-minute Thanksgiving pumpkin bread recipe.
The Victoria’s Secret model is like a genie for many last-minute Thanksgiving home cooked meals. Her Instagram video of the vegan pumpkin bread recipe is ideal for any Thanksgiving menu. She posts, “Need a last minute Turkey Day recipe?! This vegan pumpkin bread is a goodie.”
The celebrity also shared a video of a healthy pumpkin loaf recipe on Twitter which can also be added to the Thanksgiving menu. She credits the recipe to nutritionist, Mikaela Reuben, and adds, “Thank you Mikaela for helping me give my Mom’s recipe a makeover.”

Karlie Kloss Workout Regimen
The supermodel has always been sporty since childhood and likes to work out. She hits the gym about five times a week and prefers training with her fitness instructor, who helps her to cope with her hectic traveling schedule. She also trains with master trainer, Traci Copeland, who helped her with her workout regimen during Nike’s Fall 2014 collection.
Her workouts include numerous cardio workouts, ab exercises, Pilates, and AKT classes (which are high-intensity, dance-inspired cardio workouts). She told Harper’s Bazaar, “I’ve been doing a combination of high-intensity cardio like SoulCycle and Pilates-type strength training, isolating certain muscle groups and using rubber bands to strengthen legs and arms.” In addition to her cardio workouts and Pilates, the celebrity loves her outdoor workouts. She likes to go hiking, swimming, running, and biking. She also performs ballet and feels that dancing helps her with flexibility, strength, and balance.

Kloss is committed to healthy eating, and told StyleCaster, “I don’t follow a specific diet. Instead, I try to eat as healthy as possible and choose foods that make me feel great. I try to stick to lean proteins and vegetables with healthy snacks in between.” The superstar doesn’t resort to any fad diet plans—she prefers to balance her eating habits. She enjoys vegan foods and opts for plenty of veggies, lean proteins, and healthy snacks. She also points out that as a lead-up for the Victoria’s Secret show, she ensured that she had enough protein.
She usually starts off her day eating an egg white omelet with avocado and Tabasco sauce, with coffee and almond milk. Lunch is usually protein and vegetables or salad, and dinner may include a lean protein like fish with greens and vegetables. She also likes to include healthy snacks like almonds, apples, and oatmeal and confesses that she likes anything with dark chocolate.

The superstar admitted to having a sweet tooth and told Women’s Health, “I have a serious sweet tooth. I started a cookie line because I have that much of a sweet tooth. But you still gotta indulge and enjoy life.”
