Actress Jessica Biel, who starred with Bradley Cooper in 2010’s The A-Team, and husband Justin Timberlake are on a Caribbean vacation celebrating their fourth wedding anniversary. The two look fit and in great shape in the shots snapped of them on the beach in their bathing attire. Biel certainly got her bikini body back after giving birth to son Silas, who is now 18 months old. He did not join his parents for their getaway.
Jessica Biel’s Workout Regimen
So what does a Jessica Biel workout include to give her the firm, shapely body that she has? Her workout combines walking lunges, sprinting, cardio exercises, running, and yoga. She works out with celebrity trainer Jason Walsh, who is famous for training other celebrities including Ben Affleck, Kate Beckinsale, Natalie Portman, and Reese Witherspoon.
Biel works with Walsh two to three times a week, and they do a lot of circuit and strength training, especially for her back and legs (which she says are quite weak from years of doing gymnastics when she was younger). Walsh says that the secret to the new mom’s body is her commitment and dedication; for her, it is a lifestyle and she loves how she feels afterwards.

Yoga is a constant in her life because it keeps her muscles long and flexible. When summer hits, she opts to spend more time outdoors playing volleyball and jogging with her dog, Tina.
Jessica Biel’s Diet Regimen
A healthy diet is just as important to the Seventh Heaven star as exercise is. She told Elle magazine in an interview, “For me, getting enough sleep, drinking lots of water, having a healthy diet, and staying away from alcohol are musts. It’s so boring, I know, but doing those things really helps.”
Other diet secrets include eating a lot of vegetables, fermented vegetables especially, and proteins. Probiotics and fermented vegetables are good for her skin and hair, according to the actress. Biel also drinks green tea.
As for her husband, the new dad works out in the gym regularly and spends much time focusing cardio, like his wife. The actually love to go running together. Ab workouts as well as strength training are tops on his list, but he also does some dance training for when he tours. He likes to get his exercise done in the morning. The start of the day is a good way to ensure the workout gets done.
Other activities Timberlake likes to do involve outdoor sports, such as basketball. The singer also enjoys snowboarding. The couple likes to hike together as well, along with their dogs. Timberlake likes to be active four to five times a week as opposed to working out every day, which is smart because the body needs at least one day to recuperate and rest.
