Kim Kardashian’s younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, is the new fitness guru on the block. She was always considered “the chubby one” of the Kardashian clan, but not any more. The 32-year-old has shed a massive amount of weight and looks sizzling hot.
The reality TV star recently took to Instagram to show off her 40-pound weight loss journey. She shared a before and after picture in a white dress. In the caption for the picture, Khloe Kardashian wrote a long inspirational note to her fans.
In the message, she wrote about her life before her body transformation and explained her passion for fitness now. She said, “I see myself only getting better and better! I can’t believe how far I have come! I almost can’t believe that was me! If you’ve lost your motivation don’t beat yourself up about it, negative thoughts only turn into negative realities.”
If you were to ask me five years ago if I ever saw myself being completely in love with fitness and health. That I would be an inspiration to many others, that I would be the push that others needed to find their way. I would've laughed in your face. Me? The chubby one? No way! But now I can't see myself ever stopping! I am completely honored and taking my role seriously in helping motivate and teach people what I had to learn to better myself from the inside out. Becoming stronger mentally so I can't let the little things break me down. I see myself only getting better and better! I can't believe how far I have come! I almost can't believe that was me! Kardashian ended her post on a motivational note and said, “By keeping positive about your body, your inner health, your mental sanity, your fitness and what you’re trying to achieve, you’re way more likely to succeed. My fitness journey was for myself and myself alone. On my terms and on my timeline! Cheers to us becoming better than we were yesterday!”
The celebrity also gave a countdown of “5 Days Until Revenge Body,” referring to the premiere of her new self-help docuseries, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian. In the reality TV show, she helps others lose weight and gives them a chance to reinvent themselves. In the six-part series, Kardashian will work with two people every week.
She will also incorporate glam squads, trainers, and stylists. She wants to encourage and help people to embrace a healthy lifestyle and look fit. The show will air on Thursday, January 12.

Khloe Kardarshian’s Weight Loss Workout Routine
Khloe Kardashian engages in intense, frequent, and varied workouts with her trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Her workout sessions include some cardiovascular exercises, circuit exercises, and Pilates.
Although she is a gym enthusiast, the star avoids overdoing exercises and exerting herself too much. However busy she is, Kardashian never skips the five-day-a-week, hour-long workout sessions. Her regime includes the following exercises.
Weightlifting: She says that weightlifting is quite helpful in reducing weight. Strengthlifting and weightlifting builds strength and muscles. Kardashian performs single arm dumbbell clean and presses.
This is done by pushing your hips back as you squat on the floor, keeping your feet apart. Then in a smooth movement, pull up the dumbbell and bring it at shoulder height as you stand up, pressing through your heels. The next step involves pressing the dumbbell over your head, engaging your core.
Squatting: This exercise is an important part of her workout. It helps in achieving a perfectly rounded derrière. You can also use a Bosu Ball to do the squats.
Bosu Ball Ski Squats: This is also an important part of her routine. Her trainer says that by standing on a Bosu Ball and holding the position for around a minute causes the leg to recruit muscle-firing patterns that would stabilize your position, making your muscles more efficient.
Even without the Bosu Ball, you can still do the workout routine. You can do it on a pillow, on a folded mattress or on anything that would challenge your muscles by giving you instability.
Lunge Twist: Another intense exercise is the lunge twist. As an effective core exercise, lunge twisting builds lower body strength and balance. This is done by executing a lunge and at the same time rotating a medicine ball or a dumbbell from left to right.
Not only does this kind of workout routine challenge your balance, the twisting motion also makes the glutes contract more fully. If you wish to increase the difficulty of the routing, you can perform it barefoot, as it engages the small muscles of the foot and helps you maintain balance.
Boxing: Kardashian says that she “boxes” her way out of tension and stress three days a week. The star’s trainer also stated that boxing is great for increasing the heart rate, while improving coordination and balance. In toning up muscles, Peterson said that she does bigger movements rather than isolated movements.
Khloe Kardashian took control of her body and her life. She worked hard to achieve those results and now fans can watch her help others to the same on her upcoming TV show, Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian.
