Twilight fanatics are quite thrilled to receive the news. Entertainment and media company, Lionsgate, hinted that if the new sequel happens, then Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are the obvious choices to reprise their iconic roles as Bella and Edward in the movie. Although the actors themselves haven’t confirmed anything yet, fans are hopeful to see their favorite couple romancing on-screen again.

To maintain her slender figure, Kristen Stewart does Pilates and running exercises. Stewart also has a personal trainer who trains her rigorously in the gym. Her workout routine includes squats, resistance exercises with free weights, and push-ups.

In addition to these, the 26-year-old actress has adopted yoga for holistic relaxation and fitness. She particularly likes Bikram yoga, which is a form of hot yoga with 26 postures.

Diet Plan

Kristen Stewart has completely given up alcohol and smoking. She consumes a protein-rich and low-calorie diet. This diet helps her maintain a healthy weight for her physique. However, the Personal Shopper actress has her cheat days as well. Stewart loves to indulge in her favorite food, Chili Verde, and her weakness is pie.

Workout Routine

The 30-year-old English actor has a lean figure. Robert Pattinson prefers a lean, balanced, and well-toned look rather than a bulky physique. For this sexy stature, Pattinson frequently workouts in the gym. His workout routine includes a warm-up session of cardio exercises like jumping, walking, and running for five minutes. This is followed by an upper and lower body toning session.

His upper body workout includes back rows and push-up exercises, while he tones his lower body with crunches and dumbbell side bands. Pattinson takes it slow and doesn’t exert himself with vigorous workout sessions.

Diet Plan

The Twilight actor focuses on his body weight rather his calorie intake. To look fit, Robert Pattinson has designed a healthy protein diet for himself, and has divided his meals and eats five times a day.

His daily diet includes a nutritious breakfast of fruits rich in iron, corn and other eight essential nutrients, a low-fat protein lunch of boiled chicken and fish, and a protein-rich dinner of boiled eggs and chicken, and a few slices of bread for the required carbohydrates and fiber.

Robert Pattinson is a foodie by nature, and so has added two snack times in his daily diet. This is healthy because including the snacks, he eats five time a day which helps increase his metabolism and burn fat.

His first snack comes between breakfast and lunch and consists of a few slices of brown bread and a fruit juice, or a low-calorie beverage. The second snack comes between lunch and dinner and consists of a glass of milk with some fruits, brown bread, or boiled eggs.
