The Victoria’s Secret models, Gigi Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Adriana Lima are going through back-breaking preparations for the most special moment of their life. The girls are busy with fixing their lipsticks, getting their hair straightened or styled, getting their nails painted, and also practicing for the perfect pout!
While many seem to be relaxed, the newcomer, Bella Hadid, looks a bit nervous. The experts are trying hard to make sure the Angels look perfect on the catwalk. The Angels preparations are not limited to makeup alone; they work on their confident look and attitude, and also on their bodies. To flaunt their figures on the ramp, they need to stay fit with a good diet and exercise!
Gigi Hadid’s Preparations before VSFS
Hadid has been sporty since childhood, enjoying volleyball and horseback riding. Nowadays, she is into boxing as she feels it makes her strong and active. She begins her boxing workouts after a jumping rope warm-up, and concludes boxing with a ballet-inspired floor routine.
She includes core cardio training and bodyweight training in her routine. In addition to the intense workouts, she ensures that she eats healthy for the VSFS. She loves preparing her own food and healthy smoothies.
She loves to indulge into cheeseburgers, fries, and pasta, but for the show, they are off her diet list for some duration.
Alessandra Ambrosio’s Preparations before VSFS
Ambrosio looks absolutely stunning, even in her 30s. She looks as young as Hadid, thanks to her healthy lifestyle. She didn’t always have her 34-25-35 figure and she worked out rigorously to achieve it. She works out with trainer, Leandro Carvalho, to have toned legs and a round butt. Carvalho is the Brazil butt lift creator, who helps Ambrosio achieve a toned and firm butt without thick thighs.
Her workouts aren’t just limited to butt lifting exercises as she incorporates a number of other exercises in her routine. She works with elastic bands, combines Brazil dance with cardio, and even takes part in Capoeira, which is Brazilian martial arts combined with dance and music.
She starts her day with proteins and she eats eggs and bacon for breakfast. She loves to have eggs in any form—scrambled, fried, or just boiled. For lunch, she has chicken breast with rice and beans. She loves to have coffee, muffins, sandwiches, bagels, bread, and fruits. Her dinner is a lavish treat of lobster ravioli, salami, caviar, and tiramisu. She may also eat spicy Kalbi soup, filet mignon, sweet potato, and mushrooms. Her cheat treat of choice is S’mores.
Adriana Lima’s Preparations before VSFS
The super model loves working out and is very committed to her workout routine. She says boxing is her passion which started when she was just 19! Boxing helps tone her abs and gives her a perfect bikini body.
Before she headed to Paris for the show, she posted a video of her VSFS preparations that showed the model boxing hard. She says working out in any way is far better than not working out at all. When she is not boxing, she will do push-ups, burpees, squats, and shadowboxing.
In addition to workout routine, her other preparations include healthy eating. “I like to make sure that I eat healthy and balanced,” she told Hollywood Life. She starts her day with oatmeal and raisins and egg whites, or muesli with yogurt or honey. She eats a lot of proteins in the form of fish, chicken, or red meat. Although she eats lots of grilled vegetables, she also loves to snack on raw veggies like cucumber and carrots. She indulges in her all-time favorite—chocolates!
